Starting point: You can bike from anywhere in Bovec or from Alpicenter Vodenca campsite, however the map and description start from Polovnik campsite.
Description: Turn right from the campsite's gate, past the Bovec's main square and up the main road by the church towards Plužna village. After about a kilometer from Bovec on Y shaped junction go right and stay on this road. Gravel road gradually ascends and every now and than the views of Bovec and surroundings open. At the middle (B) station of Kanin cableway the road turns left and in about ten minutes you'll be at the crossing. Go left and in some 250 meters seek the path going left to the forest. That's where the downhill starts. The bike park is not really well marked so you'll have to follow the tracks of those who biked before you or the map in your phone. But the orientation is not really difficult here. When you'll get to the gravel road, go left and leave it after 100 meters. The second part of the downhill is not difficult to find and at it's end you'll get to the gravel road again. Turn left and search for the path turning right after 100 to 150 meters. The third, final, part has the most difficult rocky sections. Once you'll finish it, turn left on the gravel road and left again on the asphalt. After some pedaling you'll turn right on a junction, from where it's not far to Bovec anymore. ATTENTION! The wooden are far from being perfect and it is highly recommended to check them before you'll bike over. Some sections of this downhill are difficult and require good skills!
